SO, FFDP punked their label and made quite possibly the most pointless, but absolutely hilarious music video.
Five Finger Death Punch‘s new album Got Your Six hits stores and iTunes (and others) on August 28th. Not too long ago they released the first single “Jekyll & Hyde,” and it seems like the label has been pushing hard for a video.
They got what they wanted!
Ivan is rocking Minions pjs, amongst a slew of other ridiculous things like sock knitting and Superman underwear.
According to TeamRock.com:
Guitarist Zoltan Bathory says: “Punking the label and trolling the trolls is actually very satisfying. So either we make a video that makes a difference like Wrong Side Of Heaven did or we just fuck it all up and have fun with it – just clown the whole thing as we did with Under And Over It and now with this one. We didn’t even hire a director. We didn’t want this to accidentally make sense.”
And needless to say, the label was a bit confused at first.
