So, as we all get ready for the ‘Big Game’ this Sunday, one of the most anticipated moments inside the game is the variety of commercials from all of the big spending sponsors, and one company always makes a splash on the big day. Yep, it’s Budweiser and Anheuser-Busch. So, this year, something tells me that they are going to have people talking.

The new commercial from Budweiser is about immigration. It goes into detail about the founder of the brewery who came into America in the 1850’s. The commercial is sentimental, and pulls on the heart strings. Now, with the political climate the way it is, Budweiser swears the commercial isn’t meant to be ‘political.’ The commercial tells the story of Adolphus Busch, who came from Germany in the 1850’s, and famously didn’t get a warm reception at first. A Budweiser representative said the following, “Even though it happened in the 1850’s, it’s a story that is super relevant today….there’s no correlation with anything else that’s happening in the country.” Well, you can be the judge. Bottom line, a commercial that will no doubt stand out this Sunday.
