105.7 The X is proud to have teamed up with the TAPS, to bring you a pet that is looking for its forever home! The Tazewell Animal Protective Society (TAPS) Animal Adoption Center and Shelter is a no-kill shelter that gives dogs, cats, puppies and kittens a home until permanent homes can be found. October 29th is National Cat Day so in honor meet Penelope who is a 6 month old Mackerel tabby, I love the coloring of her, she’s an absolute doll. There are tons of cats and kittens currently needing hopes at taps, just click the link below to see them or stop by the shelter during viewing hours.
TAPS No-Kill Animal Shelter Adoption Fees:
Dog/Puppies – $150. Dogs over 7 years old or who have been here longer than 6 months – $25. Cats/Kittens – $25. Cats over 7 years old or who have been here longer than 6 months – $25.
This fee includes: Spay/Neuter, all age appropriate vaccinations, flea/tick treatment and Avid microchip.
