El Bandido Yankee Tequila Recipes!

Pumpkin Spice Hot Toddy

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 oz EBY Reposado Tequila
  • 1 oz Pumpkin Spice Syrup
  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
  • 8 oz Boiling Water 

MAKE IT

Combine EBY Reposado, pumpkin spice syrup, and lemon juice in a mug. Fill with hot water. Top off with a couple dashes of orange bitters. Garnish with cinnamon stick and dried lemon wheel. 


Pumpkin Spice Syrup

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Spice Seasoning Blend
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar 

MAKE IT

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar is completely dissolved. Simmer until mixture is reduced by about half. Cool and then fine strain using either muslin, or a nut milk bag. Bottle and store. Should keep refrigerated for about 3 weeks. 

Pomegranate Ginger Ranch Water

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz EBY Blanco Tequila
  • 1 oz Pomegranate Juice
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 6-8 oz Topo Chico
  • Fresh Ginger 

MAKE IT

Muddle a large slice or two of ginger, peeled, in a cocktail shaker with lime juice. Crush well to extract juices. Add pomegranate juice and tequila. Shake briefly with ice. Fill a glass with ice then fill about halfway with Topo Chico. Strain contents of shaker into glass. Top glass off with more Top Chico. Garnish with pomegranate arils and lime wedges. Stir before sipping. 

Bandido Firecracker

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 EBY Blanco
  • 3 oz Watermelon Purée
  • .5 oz Ancho Verde
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Soda Water
  • Small squeeze Agave Nectar
  • 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
  • Tajin and Sea Salt Rim

MAKE IT

Use a lime wedge or smudge of honey to rim glass in a mix of Tajin and sea salt. In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients except soda water. Shake with ice briefly to chill. Fill rimmed glass with ice. Add soda water, and then strain in contents of cocktail shaker. Garnish with watermelon slice, lime wheel, and a slice of hot pepper if you like it spicy!
