So, it’s hard to believe, but Memorial Day Weekend is fast approaching, the weekend of May 23rd-25th! This year, it’s quite different to say the least. As we all deal with the Covid-19 pandemic, socially distancing, and being safe, the need to burn stress, and take time for ourselves and be safe with our families is paramount and important. So, in an act of tradition here at the X, we are still going to crank our our annual Resurrection Playlist. However, this year, we’ve coined it as our “Helter-Shelter in Place” Resurrection Weekend! We are teeing up all 1990’s, all 1980’s, everything on shuffle, from Grunge, Metal, Alternative, One Hit Wonders, New Wave, Punk, Industrial, straight ahead Rock, you name it. You will hear a healthy dose of Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Guns N’ Roses, Nine Inch Nails, Metallica, Sublime, Chili Peppers, with awesome nuggets of joy from Pantera, Billy Idol, The Cure, R.E.M., U2, Ozzy, Motley Crue, it’s all on shuffle, all weekend long! And, we would like for you to send us your requests!
