OK, kids, are you ready for this??? It looks like Maynard James Keenan and his band of merry-men in TOOL are actually releasing a new album this year! Yep, unbelievable! Why am I being so smarmy? Well, no band delays, stops, delays, and frustrates their fans more than Tool. They’ve been teasing a new album on and off for YEARS, and, it’s been since 2006 since they dropped their last one. Remember the amazing Peoria show we had on that tour at the Civic Center?? Yes, we do too.
So, now, strap yourself in, the NEW TOOL album release date is set for AUGUST 30th! The band showed this date on their video screens while performing in Birmingham, Alabama this past week. The band also announced this date on their social media outlets. So, here we go! Time for a single, yes?? Once we get it here, we’ll crank it up loudly! New Tool, let’s celebrate……I think…..God willing, no more DELAYS!
