This video doesn’t surprise me, not one bit! Of course being a life long fan of Incubus I know the guys tend to be on the goofy side and I LOVE it! This day and age, we still need quirkiness and I’m glad Incubus provides it, along with bad ass music too.
Incubus battle dogs in their new video for “Nimble Bastard” and has all of the members turning into cats after being attacked by the dogs. It’s definitely worth watching. I have to say I wasn’t shocked at all that the “attack dogs” are a pack of French Bulldogs, which frontman Brandon Boyd owns and is often a star of his facebook/Instagram,his name is Bruce. I also wasn’t shocked to see that Mr. Boyd turned into a Sphynx cat, since he also owns one of those too. However I am wondering if any of the animals are stunt animals of if they are actually Brandon or any of the other band members actual pets. Because I could see the band doing this video for the sole reason of having their animals in it,which I am 100% fine with. I like dogs more than people anyway.
The new Incubus album, 8, comes out Friday, April 21st.
