Now the competition, since this song just debuted today it made the logical sense to throw it in the Cage Match, yep, I’m talking about the brand new single from Green Day “Bang Bang”. Billie Joe Armstrong tells Rolling Stone that “Bang Bang” was written from the perspective of a mass shooter. He says, “To get into the brain of someone like that was freaky. After I wrote it, all I wanted to do was get that out of my brain because it just freaked me out.” The bands 12th album, Revolution Radio, will be released on October 7th.
