105.7 The X is proud to have teamed up with the TAPS, the Tazewell Animal Protective Society, to help find loving homes for the area’s homeless dogs, cats, puppies and kittens! For 2016 I’ve decided I wanted to change it up a bit and feature both a dog and cat that are looking for forever homes.
Meet Buddy!!!! What a beautiful young boy, 1.5 year old Doby Mix. He has a beautiful coat and is full of fun. Come meet this boy and fall in love. Buddy is pictured at the top of the page.
Say hello to Puma (pictured below)! A gorgeous, 3-year old silver tabby, girl with the brightest green eyes!! Puma was abandoned at the shelter for an unknown reason. She loves gentle scratches under my chin and behind my ears. She’s a quiet girl who will gladly sit beside you or in your lap and keep you company! Pump does have a bit of a food allergy, so she needs special food, but nothing expensive!!
TAPS No-Kill Animal Shelter Adoption Fees:
Dog/Puppies – $150. Dogs over 7 years old or who have been here longer than 6 months – $25. Cats/Kittens – $25. Cats over 7 years old or who have been here longer than 6 months – $25.
This fee includes: Spay/Neuter, all age appropriate vaccinations, flea/tick treatment and Avid microchip.
