Well, it looks like Slash is a busy guy. The legendary guitarist of Guns N’ Roses is apparently in studio working on new material, but there is something different about this recording session. It looks like this just might be a Guns N’ Roses session. Really? Well, apparently so, if their former publicist Arlett Vereecke is correct. Arlett told ‘Classic Rock” that the band is “definitely” recording new music.
“I know they’re doing some recording. They’re know they’re doing some recording. They’re definitely doing something there in the studio. Axl hasn’t been there, but Slash is definitely in there and it’s not for anyone else.” Well, if this is true, this could be the first recording of new Guns material since 1994. Yep, it’s been a long time, and we all know that Slash still brings his A game. It will be interesting to see if they can restore their sound, and their raw, manic intensity, more than twenty years later. We will see! Good news, indeed
