A big kudos to the guys in Breaking Benjamin, who just scored their FIRST Number one album this past week, with the comeback release of the album ‘Dark Before Dawn.’ The first single we are spinning here on the X, “Failure”, has already kicked ass on the rock chart, spending multiple weeks at number one. As you may know, we are enjoying a Central Illinois visit from these guys in July, with their show at US Cellular Coliseum in Bloomington!
Breaking Benjamin also beat out some notable names this week to reach the top spot, Taylor Swift, Sam Hunt, Maroon 5 to name just a few. Can they keep it up? It remains to be seen, but this another example of rock music being alive and well in 2015.
