Beck has always pushed the rules with his music. He has surprised fans and critics over and over in his nearly twent five year career. Yes, he is known for his novelty songs, “Loser”, and “Where’ It’s At”, but he has consistently produced amazing new music, and has been odd, unique and downright confusing at times, all to positive reviews and the adoration of his fans.
Despite what Kanye West thinks, Beck is also a musical genius, and can play every instrument. He produces, writes, and plays on all of his albums. The dude is a genius, and he just grabbed a pile of ‘Grammy’s’ this past February as well. Now comes the news that Beck is back, and he is up to his old tricks. Beck has just released a new song, titled “Dreams”, and it’s one funky, bad ass song! Great guitar, great drum beats, the song just sounds like Summer, and it’s now on the X airwaves! The song is titled “Dreams”, and it might be the best song I’ve heard from him in quite some time, despite his Grammy award winning efforts from this past year. SO….crank it, and enjoy!
