First Competitor:  It was not too long ago that Pop Evil was blazing the radio with "100 in a 55."  It was the hit of the summer that everyone wanted to hear and still request.  Since then I feel like I have been given the chance to watch the band grow right in front of our eyes.  They have only become bigger and better with that one thing I say all bands need, energy.  Also, they are great guys just to talk to when you get the chance.  I was just as excited as you were to hear that they have a new album, Onyx, due out on May 14th.  The first single "Trenches" is tearing up the radio and now they are in your new poll.

Second Competitor:  Bands can make a very easy impression on me when they play live.  Playing your music live better than it is recorded is part of the rush of going to shows.  10 Years did this for me when I got to see them at Nutcracker two years ago.  So when they have new music, I get excited.  You may have heard their new single, "Dancing With The Dead,"on the L.A.
