For reason I don't know when the PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii came out that one Christmas a few years ago, I decided I would get the Wii to save money.  Mistake!  Wii is awesome for three things: old school Nintendo games that you can download and play, playing new versions of classic Nintendo games, and Super Smash Bros.  Other than those three things, the Wii is graphically lacking and it is very difficult to play normal games with that controler.  It is great for Wii Sport sbut horrible for first person shooters.  So, needless to say I stopped playing video games at my own house.  Playing with friends at their places is not even fair at that point, because they have clearly logged over 500 hours in Call Of Duty, and I am still trying to figure out how to aim to get some kills.

After many months and years getting pwnd by friends and people I didn't even know online, I was waiting patiently before I decided to buy a PS3.  With the release of Madden '13, there was no question that I needed this in my life.  One quick trip to Best Buy with my Best Buy credit card and I am all set.

After I downloaded all the all new software and set up my PS3 the way I wanted, I very quickly found out that this is not the Madden of PS2.  It takes a little talent to play this game.  Like any wise person who has been away from video games for a while, I decide to practice offline for  to get good enough to talk trash online.

Before I could even get to the point of playing online, I got a chance to play my cousin who is 10.  I figure this kid knows nothing about life and is just hitting buttons for the heck of it.  Nope, he had a game plan and destroyed me.  I have never seen this kid play one organized sport but he destroyed me in Madden.  I will spare you what the score is not to make myself look any worse.  In short my cousin left me feeling like this guy.

Needless to say I have not made my way to playing online just yet.  When I do, I am challengin all you Xers, so get ready.
