Despite Billy Joe Armstrong Meltdown, Green Day 'Voodoo Experience' Jetaway Getaway Starts Today
6:09AM Monday
September 24, 2012

Despite Billy Joe Armstrong's massive meltdown on stage at the I-Heart Music Festival this past Saturday night in Las Vegas, the band vows to continue on their tour, and isn't planning on cancelling any shows or major festivals. Billy Joe is in rehab today, and plans on staying in for some time. However, the band doesn't hit the road for the major part of the tour for a bit, and shouldn't miss any major shows or appearances.

As you know, here on the X with yours truly, you can instantly qualify for the Green Day Voodoo Experience at 8:10am with me, and at 4:10pm with Anna Kinkade. The list of prizes for this giveaway is orgasmic! Imagine you and a guest rocking in New Oreans, as a V.I.P., meeting Green Day and rocking out at the Festival.

If you haven't seen the Billy Joe massive meltdown, enjoy it here. One note for future promoters, don't tell Green Day how long they can play, right? Was Billy Joe that out of it, that he didn't realize that the band had played a full set? Who knows, but a digital board telling the band that they had one minute remaining was pretty lame. Green Day should be able to play as long as possibe, right? Drink, anyone?
