 AC/DC Rally January 10th, Be There!

We want AC/DC in Peoria in 2009! We have their attention, and NOW, YOU, MUST JOIN US AT OUR AC/DC RALLY AT THE PEORIA CIVIC CENTER ON SATURDAY JANUARY 10TH AT 1:30PM-2:30PM!

The "Rally" requires you to arrrive in AC/DC gear, or, you could paint your body, your face, make posters, whatever! YOU MUST SHOW YOUR AC/DC PASSION, AND JOIN US OUTSIDE THE CIVIC CENTER THEATER FOR THE RALLY! YES, this will be outside, we want THOUSANDS TO BE THERE! Grab your friends, family, enemies, whoever, and SHOW US YOUR AC/DC PASSION!

You can also sign our new AC/DC "Come to Peoria" petition, right here! We'll see you on Saturday January 10th at 1:30pm, at the "Circle Terrace" on Fulton Street, next to City Hall, downtown Peoria at the Civic Center.

WE HAVE ONE CHANCE TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN...LET'S ROCK, PEORIA! AC/DC MUST PLAY PEORIA IN 2009!

I'm 17 years old and a HUGE AC/DC fan! My dad grew up listening to AC?DC and they are no doubt his favorite band. He has rubbed off on me, and now they are mine as well. We went to see them in Chicago on November 1st, it was both of our first time to see the band. I would love to see them again, since the last time ended badly, when I came home to the news that a good friend of mine had past away from a heartattack at 18. Whenever I think of the concert, this mempry comes with it. I think seeing them again would let me think of the concert with joy, instead of pain. Did I forget to mention that I am a musician as well? I play classic rock/blues harmonica with a band based in PEORIA! Not only would I LOVE to see AC/DC again, but I would be ecstatic to play on stage with them! But hey, just getting them to play in Peoria would be awesome! so good luck guys!!!! You guys have to come ROCK Peoria. I have seen you 6 times, always traveled to do it. Traveled anywhere from 3 hours, up to 6 hours to see you guys, would LOVE to rock with you in the hometown though! Submitted By: Matt Morrissey
