You know Taylor Hawkins, of course, as the drummer of the Foo Fighters. Outrageous, hilarious, a fun personality to say the least. His drumming is also quite stellar. Intense, dynamic. His relationship with head FOO Dave Grohl is stuff of legend. Well, who knew that Taylor Hawkins also has a side band, “Taylor Hawkins and the Coattail Riders?” Yep, a super-group of sorts performing on the first single, “Get The Money.”

You have Taylor singing, writing. He has PRETENDERS legend, Chrissie Hynde, also providing backing vocals, and his hero, JOE WALSH providing a guitar solo on the new single. How bad ass is that? Oh’, and we’re not done. DUFF McKAGEN also plays bass. Yep, that Duff McKagen from GUNS N’ ROSES fame. Cool, eh? Taylor is having fun, and this new single is quite good. Check out the lyric video.
