Our Canadian friends in Theory Of A Deadman are back in 2017 with a new tour, and new album. The band played the Limelight Eventplex here in Peoria just a few weeks back, and wowed everyone in attendance with another great show. The band, led by singer and guitarist Tyler Connolly, have changed up their sound in the last couple of years. The new album is titled ‘Wake Up Call’, and the new single “Rx”, is catchy, and very acoustic.
“Rx” has their signature wise ass lyrics commenting on society, social issues, and pop culture. The song has Tyler whistling along, with a catchy sing along chorus. You could almost call this song ‘Country,’ themed, but it’s not quite. It’s still full of attitude, swagger, and Rock. The video is also quite entertaining, with Tyler and his band riding in a car.
